About the Role

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Klaviyo’s API platform—an essential pillar that empowers developers, partners, and technical users to build and integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo. As a Senior PM on the API team, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of Klaviyo’s developer experience. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to build powerful, reliable, and developer-friendly APIs. Your work will directly impact how Klaviyo customers and partners access, manipulate, and activate customer data.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive business outcomes by defining and delivering high-impact API capabilities that expand Klaviyo’s reach and deepen integration opportunities.
• Own the roadmap for APIs across core domains—prioritizing based on impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Serve technical users by developing a strong point of view on the needs of developers, partners, and power users working with customer data at scale.
• Partner across the organization, working with other product teams to ensure our APIs are extensible, secure, and built with long‑term scalability in mind.
• Communicate clearly and frequently, both in writing and in meetings, to align stakeholders and drive clarity on direction and priorities.
• Act as the voice of the developer, spending time with customers and partners to understand how they use Klaviyo’s APIs—and where we can do better.
