Key Responsibilities :

Evening Operations : Oversee the restaurant's operations during the night shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

From managing staff to maintaining cleanliness and order, you'll ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

• Team Leadership : Supervise and support the evening crew, providing training, motivation, and guidance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
• Guest Satisfaction : Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Your goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a positive experience at Taco John's.
• Safety and Compliance : Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Ensure that all procedures are followed to protect both staff and guests.

Financial Management : Assist with nightly cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting. Maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.
