The Opportunity

As our EMEA and APAC Regional Marketing and Event Associate, you will be a key player in supporting our events and regional marketing initiatives across the region, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. You'll have an opportunity to work on a variety of events and learn best practices from stakeholders across the organization. Because you will work across multiple functions and projects in a fast-paced environment, an excellent eye for detail and ability to quickly master new concepts is essential. What You'll Be Doing :

• Event support (80% of time)
• Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events,
• Support event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support when necessary.
• Track event metrics and provide post-event analysis to evaluate success and areas for improvement
• Maintain flawless project documentation including timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on event assets (signage, collateral, presentations, registration sites, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and error-free execution.
• Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events, applying critical thinking to resolve challenges in real time.
• Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with broader business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning workflows (e.g., content drafting, data analysis, attendee engagement, reporting) while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Regional marketing support (20% of time)
• Manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives, including virtual programs and in-person events, ensuring data and project timelines are kept up to date
• Support account programs and conferences onsite if needed; create and localize marketing materials for specific regions
• Use marketing analytics tools to gather data and generate reports on campaign performance.

Compensation & Rewards : In the United Kingdom, the base salary compensation range for this role is GBP 42,237 - GBP 53,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.
