Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist in Fort Worth, TX! You'll enjoy working in a laid-back yet productive environment with a supportive, tenured staff. As the Receptionist, you will report to the Head of Talent & Culture. You will play a key role in maintaining office operations by answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, tracking employee attendance, and assisting with purchase orders for office supplies. You'll handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing, and preparing documents, as well as coordinating office events, managing supply inventories, and ensuring maintenance for office equipment. Additionally, you'll maintain logs, update phone lists, and assist with administrative inquiries to support the smooth running of our offices.

Requirements :

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of relevant Receptionist or Office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a HUGE inviting smile!

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
