Merchandise Operations Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented New Business, Merch Operations Specialist for a Global Tech and Entertainment industry leader. The specialist will impact the New Business Revenue team for Latin-Iberia, focusing on US Latin, Mexico, Spain, and Brazil markets. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, New Business, this role sits at the intersection of music, artist merch, retail operations, and fan experiences teams. You'll be responsible for executing our merch operations across multiple markets and supporting the implementation of exclusive product launches. Working directly with your manager and the broader Latin-Iberia team, you'll help bring to life the vision for our merch business while maintaining operational excellence in day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and operational skills with a passion for music and merch, understanding both the technical aspects of retail operations and the cultural significance of music merch. You'll work closely with global teams to implement merch programs that resonate with local audiences while maintaining global standards.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00 / hr.
