Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations and strategy of the firm
Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
Lead and manage the executive team to achieve company objectives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior executive role
Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading operations
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans
Relevant educational background in finance, business, or a related field
