Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and the practice overall.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer and route incoming phone calls

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

Verify insurance information and collect co-pays

Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures

Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow

Handle administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and mail

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years in customer service
• Minimum 1 year in a medical office
• Efficient with Mac devices
• Experience with Google Drive
• Experience with EMR systems
