Stadium Escrow, a dynamic new escrow company in Yorba Linda, CA, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Escrow Officer to join our growing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of proven experience to play a key role in shaping our new venture. We're looking for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the escrow process, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities may include :

• Managing and processing complex escrow transactions from open to close.
• Reviewing and interpreting intricate purchase agreements, loan documents, and legal paperwork.
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of escrow instructions and critical documents.
• Serving as a primary point of contact, communicating effectively with all stakeholders on complex issues.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Overseeing the accurate balancing and timely disbursement of significant funds.
• Mentoring and potentially training junior team members as the company grows.
• Cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced escrow principles, practices, and regulations in California.
• Exceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex transactions independently.
• Strong proficiency in relevant escrow software.

Compensation :

We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary commensurate with experience and significant closing incentives to reward your success. $60k base + bonus / incentives + 401k
