Job descriptionMust have previous forklift truck experience (stand-up or sit-down) No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50 miles of Pinckneyville, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator - Mid Shift - Pinckneyville, IL

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator - Mid Shift. The regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 11 : 30 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and may be mandatory at times. The rate for this position is $22.04 + .40 shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do : In this function, you will :
- Optimize packaging based on product.
- Ability to cross-train in all department functions.
- Identify, count, sort, package, and tag completed parts for shipment without assistance.
- Load and unload LTL and flatbed trucks.
- Build crates / work in woodshop to support packaging product.
- Read and interpret pick tickets accurately.
- Licensed to operate powered industrial trucks.
- Train other employees necessary.
- Perform receiving functions on all inbound freight, including verification and data entry.
- Handle incoming product inspections to print and quality specifications.
- Responsible for adherence to receiving and Quality procedures.
- Process returned products for restocking, notify Quality upon receipt of non-conforming material.
