Mallory Alexander is seeking a customer service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide efficient and accurate technical support to end users. This position serves as the first line of defense for IT issues, resolving basic technical problems and supporting all assigned areas. Ideal candidates are motivated to learn our business and deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
