Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Principal responsibilities include :
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Adhering to all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
- Providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet superior guest service standards.
- Ensuring profitability of the business.
- Coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.
- Accountable for proper staffing and training of restaurant employees.
- Participating in local restaurant marketing.
- Promoting all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Ensuring all required programs and legal documents are accurate and on schedule.
- Maintaining awareness and participation in community affairs.
- Representing Firehouse Subs professionally.
- Communicating effectively to GM / Owner any issues impacting the business.
- Maintaining restaurant equipment in working order.
- Able to work on feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Any other duties assigned by the Owner.
