Job descriptionEncourage the development of students critical thinking skills Prepare any necessary learning materials Assign homework Grade assignments and provide feedback Document students learning progress Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment Excellent table / classroom management Report and document behavioral incidents Bachelors degree or higher and state teaching certification Previous experience teaching at the k-12 level is preferred, but not necessary Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
