About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our end-to-end data ecosystem, from ingestion to insight. This role will steward our consumer-permissioned data set, ensure its integrity and accessibility, as well as translate that data into meaningful products for advertisers, agencies, publishers and internal stakeholders.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, sales and compliance to build and scale the internal platforms and external-facing data products that power our business. You will help manage data ingestion pipelines, collaborate with third-party vendors, and deliver data feeds to external clients; while also supporting our internal Audience, Measurement and Insight teams with insights, attribution models and reporting.

You'll report to the Senior Director of Product for our Data Platform, and collaborate closely with other Product Managers across our data and consumer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment building products from ideation to launch
• Experience building or managing data products, measurement tools, attribution models or clean rooms in AdTech, MarTech or Consumer Data
• Strong technical fluency you can talk APIs, SQL, ETL, and know your way around cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail you enjoy digging into messy data and making it useful
• Proven experience of applying data quality, governance tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and storytelling skills you can translate data complexity into user value
• Ability to manage offshore or cross-functional teams to deliver on high-stakes projects
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, DBT, and data cataloging platforms
• Understanding of retail or CPG data structures (UPCs, SKUs, taxonomies)
