Your Role as an LPN

Provide attentive, direct nursing care to residents

Guide and support nursing assistants on each shift

Administer medications / treatments and monitor for changes

Document care accurately, including medications and treatments

Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked for excellent care

Foster a respectful, collegial environment for all

What You Need

Active Ohio LPN license (in good standing)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Valid CPR certification

Knowledge of long-term care best practices and regulations

Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in assisted living / long-term care preferred
