Picture this : You walk up to a composite press with a fresh work order. The set up sheet guides your configuration. You dial in the basics, tackle a complex set up, and bring the press to life. Parts flow steadily. You pause to inspect using QC equipment, make a quick adjustment, and keep production humming—safely and at or above 100% efficiency.
Your mission
- Use and navigate the composite press, completing machine set ups with confidence.
- Own the process—set up, inspect, adjust, troubleshoot, and run production for composite press parts.
- Apply set up sheets to perform both simple and complex set ups accurately.
- Verify quality with QC inspection tools before parts move forward.
- Hit established output targets while maintaining efficiencies at or above 100%.
- Set up and operate safety curtains; follow Safety Set Up Sheets for safe machine operation at all times.
What you bring
High School Diploma or GED.Manufacturing background preferred.Experience with composites preferred.Ability to regularly lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.If you’re motivated by precision, safety, and steady performance, this is where your skills will shine.
