Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator looking for a stable, hands-on position in an essential industry? Join our team at a growing Concrete Recycling Facility and help us build a cleaner, more sustainable futureone load at a time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, excavators, skid steers, and crushers.
• Load / unload concrete materials into crushers and screeners.
• Ensure proper material handling and flow throughout the recycling process.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues or hazards.
• Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers.

Requirements :

• 3+ years experience operating heavy machinery (construction or recycling preferred).
• Familiarity with concrete crushing or recycling equipment is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
