What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the tech, media, and telecom facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, hazards, or suspicious activity, to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or client contacts.

Assist visitors, contractors, and employees at the location with directions and information as needed, maintaining a professional presence.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by the site policies.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and daily activities for Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
