Senior UI / UX Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

Convertcart is growing its in-house design team, and we’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer who blends craft and critical thinking—someone who’s not only great at what they do but has the mindset of a problem-solver, strategist, and design advocate.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to “just design screens.” We’re looking for a Figma-first designer who lives and breathes UI finesse, thinks in terms of systems and flows, and backs every design decision with logic, data, and empathy.

What you'll do :

• Craft pixel-perfect UI with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, colour, typography, and layout.
• Conduct UX audits, usability reviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitor benchmarking to identify design gaps.
• Create user journeys, task flows, and wireframes that demonstrate deep UX understanding.
• Translate insights into compelling interfaces with smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and delightful user moments.
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Take the lead in defending design logic, present strategy, and contribute to product thinking.
• Bring creativity and visual storytelling to the table—past experience in graphic design or motion is a huge plus.
• Help shape and evolve our internal design systems and guidelines.
