Job Description

The Donor Database & Gift Processing Manager (Donor Database Manager) plays a key role in advancing the YMCA of Greater Louisville's philanthropic goals by ensuring accurate, strategic, and insight-driven donor information. This position manages the integrity of fundraising data, supports gift processing and reporting, and provides prospect research that strengthens the work of frontline fundraisers and branch leaders.

As the Y's primary expert in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and related CRM tools, the Donor Database Manager transforms data into meaningful analysis, profiles, and reports that enhance donor engagement, stewardship, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-focused, and committed to leveraging data to elevate the Y's overall fundraising effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in donor database management, fundraising operations, or data analysis in a nonprofit setting.
• Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of donor segmentation, data integrity, and fundraising cycles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams; experience with communication and development tools like
• Give Lively, Instrumentl and Daxko preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion with confidential donor and financial information.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and follow-through.
