Audit Senior (hybrid)

Hiring multiple Audit Seniors or Audit Associates (2-6 years exp)

Compensation - 70-100K depending on experience

Location : Hybrid in either Pittsburgh, State College area, or Washington, PA.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Audit Associate or an Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, enhancing the quality of our audit processes, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in public accounting and a passion for delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the audit process.
