Responsibilities
Responsible for development, integration, and implementation of software applications to support the companys business strategies and objectives. Provide technical consulting to management and business users, mentor other team members, create functional specifications, determine appropriate technologies, review and submit technical recommendations for process improvement, design application and database components, perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and customer requirements, act as a Subject Matter Expert to troubleshoot critical production issues, and develop new software applications based on business requirements. This position requires 30% international travel and is hybrid within a reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, OH, office. Multiple openings available.
Qualifications

Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field of study and five (5) years of experience as an IT Developer, Application Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer or related role. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a Masters degree and three (3) years of experience may be accepted.
