Caregiver PM Shift

The Caregiver is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services. This includes providing cares detailed in a resident's care plan, documentation of care completion and resident care while demonstrating New Perspective Senior Living's Mission and Values in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations. • 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm or 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
• Rotating weekends and holidays
