Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

This is an entry-level production position where candidates will be cross-trained across various roles on the production line. The primary task is making custom filters, and no prior experience is needed. Candidates will need to be on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Make boxes for product packaging.
• Use small hand tools for assembly and scraping tasks.
• Perform general labor and mechanical assembly duties.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled at a pleasant 72 degrees, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The facility is clean and organized, with no requirement for steel-toe shoes as the work is not overly physical. The dress code includes pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (such as tennis shoes), and a T-shirt or long sleeves. Sweatshirt strings must be tucked in if worn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
