A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
Maintain and organize files, databases, and ensure accuracy of data entry
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support claims processing and project management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
