Job Description

We are currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Providers (MD or DO) to join a growing healthcare team across various regions in New York . Opportunities are available in Office, Urgent Care, House Calls, and Nursing Home settings.

Position Overview :

This role is ideal for physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop appropriate care plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care within the standard of care.
• Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests; refer to specialists as needed.
• Diagnose medical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.
• Counsel patients on health management, including diet and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure patient information and medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with privacy laws.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, quality standards, and infection control protocols.
