We are currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Providers (MD or DO) to join a growing healthcare team across various regions in New York . Opportunities are available in Office, Urgent Care, House Calls, and Nursing Home settings.
Position Overview :
This role is ideal for physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop appropriate care plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary medical care within the standard of care.
- Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests; refer to specialists as needed.
- Diagnose medical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.
- Counsel patients on health management, including diet and lifestyle changes.
- Ensure patient information and medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with privacy laws.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, quality standards, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care / Hospice, or Family Medicine.Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.Completion of an accredited residency program or U.S. residency / 5-year pathway.Active NY medical license (or eligibility to obtain).DEA and DPS registration (or ability to obtain during credentialing).Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure positive patient experiences.Schedule : Full-time | Flexible opportunities across multiple care settings.
