What Youll Do :

• Lead the Manhattan office , setting project direction, mentoring staff, and representing the firm in client and agency meetings.
• Oversee civil engineering design across grading, utilities, drainage, stormwater, and site development.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control from concept through construction administration.
• Spearhead business development effortscultivating new and existing client relationships to expand market share.
