A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech I.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding the prior authorization process

Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, denials, and clinical questions

Utilize MS Office Suite for daily support activities and coordinate administrative functions related to pharmacy activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED required

Pharm Tech license preferred; Tech Trainee license will be considered

Basic computer skills test results must be attached upon submission

Must have a dedicated quiet workspace and high-speed internet

Ability to work varying hours and mandatory overtime as needed
