While some of these tasks are routine, they are important projects that require immediate attention :

• Application Processing : Assist in un-stapling application sheets and replacing them with an edited version. These are Medicaid applications that need to be shipped to satellite offices.
• Mailings : Help with various mailing tasks.
• Inventory : This will involve conducting an inventory of IT equipment and furniture, which is expected to take a few weeks to complete.
• Equipment Testing : Sort through a box of keyboards, mice, and other equipment to test their functionality.
• Key Tracking : Help with tracking office keys.
• Supply Room Organization : Assist in organizing the supply room.
• Miscellaneous Tasks : There will be other various assignments as needed.
