Payroll Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee timely and efficient execution of payroll processes across multiple regions

Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives for payroll workflow improvements and automation

Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors for alignment and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree

4+ years of experience in payroll operations, focusing on process improvement and stakeholder management

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and standards affecting payroll processing

Experience in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and driving operational improvements
