Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and follow care plans for clients, documenting completed tasks
• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing and dressing
• Perform routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Drive clients to appointments and run daily errands
• Support clients in the self-administration of their medications without measuring or administering
• Monitor and report any noticeable changes in clients' conditions

Qualifications :

At the time of application, three references (two professional and one personal) will be needed.
