You will be the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, responsible for managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts on multiple programs. Our team is responsible for providing technical excellence and mission success across various Line of Businesses.
As the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas, staying abreast of technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Your responsibilities will include :
We're looking for a seasoned and collaborative Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of equivalent experience, with a Final Secret Clearance. You're a strong leader with demonstrated experience in electronics / test equipment build processes, procurement, and fabrication, and excellent communication skills. You're a self-starter who can work effectively in a stressful environment with a diverse workforce. This position is in Orlando. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.
