Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on various automated systems, including ASRS and servo motors.
 - Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems.
 - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
 - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
 - Document all maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with company policies.
 - Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electro-mechanical systems.
 
Qualifications
Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motors.Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of electrical schematics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.You should be proficient in :
