Zip is seeking a strategic, data-driven AI Search & SEO Manager to lead our evolution from traditional search optimization to a future-forward model that includes generative and conversational AI discovery. This role is equal parts builder and innovator, responsible for scaling our organic visibility across Google, LinkedIn, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and beyond.

You'll shape Zip's SEO + AIO roadmap, work closely with content, product marketing, and web development teams, and bring creative strategies to life that drive qualified pipeline and brand authority.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 , depending on experience and location. In addition to base pay, Zip offers equity, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and flexible hybrid work.
