Own the build. Lead the team. Deliver aerospace-grade tooling. What you'll tackle

• Execute jig and fixture builds to print and per customer specs
• Calculate undefined dimensions and perform hands-on layouts across multiple materials
• Establish reference points and tooling holes with straightedges and precision measurement
• Lead and coordinate a team fitting and assembling tooling for aerospace programs
• Perform repairs and rework to bring tools back into tolerance
• Produce sketches and quick drawings to support fabrication
• Operate manual machines when needed : lathes, Bridgeport mills, grinders
• Contribute to additional duties as assigned
