Program Manager

Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to oversee program performance and lead a multidisciplinary cybersecurity and IT team in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This position is co ntingent upon contract award and is a critical leadership role within a mission-focused defense environment.

As Program Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, manage daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and lead a geographically dispersed team of cybersecurity professionals and technical staff.

Requirements

• Serve as the overall program lead and primary interface with government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee program execution, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple technical task areas.
• Supervise a cross-functional team providing cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF support, and IT services.
• Track and report on performance metrics, deliverables, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead resource planning, staffing, and operational coordination across multiple sites.
• Drive proactive communication and risk mitigation strategies to meet mission and contractual objectives.
• Ensure program operations comply with applicable DoD, Navy, and cybersecurity policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular status briefings and lead strategic planning to align with evolving customer needs.
