Client Relationship Management : Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Professional Development : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas insurance license preferred - required to pass exam prior to start date.
Bilingual : Proficient in speaking Spanish.
Prior Experience : Prior experience in Allstate customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
