The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Staff Full Stack Engineer who can navigate the entire stack, from building new pages on our React dashboard, to setting up new Django backend APIs to power them, and building new LLM powered data analysis agents to deliver insights to our customers. We're looking for someone that is excited to bridge multiple systems, and brings a keen eye for good UX and design to the customer facing systems we build.
As part of Upside, you'll join an impact-driven team and be a key driver of our customer-facing dashboard and back-end services. You'll ship new features in the first week, launch significant new workflows for our customers in the first month, and help guide the architecture and best practices for our customer facing tools long term.
What You'll Get To Do
- Build : Develop and ship critical functionality on our core customer dashboard
- Own : Drive the architecture, design, and direction of our customer facing tech stack, establishing long-term patterns
- Learn : How to build data intensive AI applications and apply LLMs in production at scale
- Mentor : Teach others on the team best practices for full stack development, integrated testing, and anything else you're an expert in
- Collaborate : Work closely with the rest of the team to build a range of data intensive functionality, including aggregate reporting systems and LLM powered analysis agents
