Overview

The Merger Integration Specialist is responsible for facilitating and managing the integration of new merger partners with Select processes and systems. This role requires a strategic approach to ensure a seamless transition and high-quality client service consistent with Arthur J. Gallagher's operational standards and practices.

How you'll make an impact

Integration Planning and Execution :

• Support implementation managers and acquired company employees in organizing, planning, and facilitating training, activities, and deliverables for effective business integration.
• Focus on planning and executing integration activities and tasks to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired entities.
