Salary : $60,000-$95,000

Extreme Demolition & Land Clearing, LLC, a Southwest Florida construction company, is seeking an experienced Selective Demolition Estimatorto study a project's scope and plans to build budgets and project accurate job costing on demolition projects. This position requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers
• Complete necessary vendor paperwork prior to job starting
• Sending estimates to customers
• Utilizing software to maintain and promote customer relations
• Pre-construction and bid management activities including paperwork
• Manage and update online project management systems
• Administrative duties to field incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
• Maintain RFI and Bid Contact logs for projects
• Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients
• Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
• Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
• Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects
• Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information
