Job Title : Operations Processor – Lockbox Operations

Location : Tukwila, WA 98188

Schedule : Thursday–Sunday, 8 : 00 AM until end of shift (4-day work week schedule)

Pay Rate : $21.46 / hr

About the Role :

We’re hiring detail-oriented Operations Processors to join a dynamic Lockbox Operations team at a leading banking company. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and are eager to learn and grow through cross-training and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process incoming mail and payments with precision and speed.
• Perform accurate data entry and 10-key tasks in compliance with banking regulations.
• Adapt to daily operational changes and team needs.
• Participate in cross-training and skill development across multiple functions.
• Support a diverse and inclusive team environment.
