Overview :  The Lead Dispensary Associate will support the Retail Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at The Happy Camper, offering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with events. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, team management, and inventory control, as well as an understanding of event logistics.

Responsibilities :

Operations & Staff Support :

• Assist Happy Camper with day-to-day operations, ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.
• Act as a point of contact for team members, providing guidance on customer interactions, store procedures, and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, aiming to create a welcoming, positive environment for all visitors.
