Tennessee Licensed Assistant Attorney General

A company is looking for an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Enforcement Division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investigations into civil rights discrimination complaints using various investigative tools

File lawsuits and manage all aspects of civil litigation related to anti-discrimination laws

Advise executive leadership on investigations, settlements, and litigation strategies

Required Qualifications

At least two years of experience practicing law as a licensed attorney

Experience conducting investigations and gathering evidence

Experience presenting legal arguments in state or federal court

Experience drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs

Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or pursuing admission
