Your Role : Process Engineering Co-Op

As a Process Engineering Co-Op, you will be part of Elanco’s Process Engineering Team at our Clinton Manufacturing Plant in Clinton, IN. This co-op provides a hands-on opportunity to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges, supporting continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities :

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, documentation updates, and operational efficiencies
• Assist with maintaining manufacturing facilities with troubleshooting and root cause investigations
• Participate in change control, deviation, and report management activities to ensure alignment with quality and technical requirements
• Support project management efforts for contract manufacturers, including data collection, report preparation, and coordination with cross-functional teams
