Canon USA’s Sales Training team empowers sales representatives to excel in selling Canon’s cutting-edge print and scan hardware and software solutions through dynamic self-paced and instructor-led training programs. We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Instructional Designer Specialist who thrives on building performance-based learning solutions for new product launches and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of microlearning, web-based training, and both virtual and in-person instructor-led programs tailored to our sales force. If you are passionate about learning innovation and have a strong background in instructional design, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position may be based out of one of our six regional offices : Melville, NY (headquarters), Jamesburg, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Itasca, IL, Irving, TX, or Irvine, CA. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (subject to business needs).
