Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

StartDate : 4 / 14 / 2025 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2246.21 - $2461.27

Need PTA for Smyrna DE area

Required Qualifications

Home Health and Oasis experience REQUIRED

  • 50 mile radius for local rate
  • Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE : In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point

Home Health experience required
