Trauma Designation : Level IV

Size : 46 beds

Coverage : 7a-7p and 7p-7a daily physician coverage, 30 hours / month in administrative duties, 9a-9p daily NPPA coverage

Malpractice : Claims Based / Unlimited Tail

Requirements : ABEM or ABFM Board Certification

Otsego Memorial Hospital is a 46-bed facility in Gaylord, Michigan. Itwas founded in 1951 and has since aimed to offer comprehensivehealthcare to the local community. They would have achieved Level IVTrauma designation and have imaging, surgery, and rehabilitationin-house while still being able to access all the specialties andresources of the Munson network.
