About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for Voluntary Benefits. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and execution of innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This pivotal role involves building a scalable sales team and organizational structure, fostering strong client relationships, and designing results-oriented sales processes. The Head of Sales will be a hands-on leader, regularly traveling to assess teams, engage with clients, and ensure the business is high-performing. Responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, executing standardized sales methodologies, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and forecast trends. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role. Experience in supplemental benefits is essential, and property and casualty insurance experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building effective sales strategies and high-performing teams, as well as expertise in managing pipelines, generating leads, and forecasting sales. Proficiency in CRM software and a Bachelor's degree are also preferred. The role requires a dynamic leader who can attract, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, and who is adept at engaging with clients to understand their needs and close critical deals.
