Job descriptionLead classes for all fitness levels. Create music playlists to match class intensity. Ensure proper equipment setup and participant safety. Offer exercise modifications as needed. Promote gym services and maintain a positive atmosphere. Certified Instructor Current CPR / AED certification. Experience teaching group fitness. Strong communication and motivational skills. High energy and passion for fitness. Availability for varied schedules (e.g., mornings, weekends). Team player with a professional attitude. Supportive fitness community. Competitive pay and gym access. A FUN work environment! Casual dress-code. A supportive team to help you learn and grow. Experience in a luxury, full-service health club. Fit Factory is a 6 location health club brand. We are a full service health club with a luxury studio experience. We provide an incredible value for a low price point so that our members have the experience they crave, for the price point that allows them to enjoy life outside the club. Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes. You'll motivate participants, create engaging playlists, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
