ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide governance and technical guidance to scrum teams focusing on ServiceNow integrations

Develop governance documents, procedures, and best practices for ServiceNow integration solutions

Mentor and train lead developers and developers on advanced integration techniques and methodologies

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and integration tools

Proficiency in REST API, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and authentication methods like OAuth, SAML, and MFA

Strong understanding of integration architectures such as point-to-point and event-based systems

Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft or Kafka and troubleshooting tools like ServiceNow ecc_queue and mid servers

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with a proactive approach
