Spring Co-Op Opportunity In Norwood, Ma

This is a 5-month Spring Co-Op opportunity in Norwood, MA from January 20, 2026 June 26, 2026. Applicants must be available for the entire duration of the internship. Start date will be January 20, 2026.

The individualized nature of INT requires a high-velocity, highly responsive supply chain with no built-in time or inventory buffers. The Co-Op position is to enable a student, with strong academic credentials and high motivation, to learn from and contribute to the highly innovative supply chain strategy, planning and execution activities being designed and executed by the Moderna INT Supply Chain team.

Here's What You'll Do

• Learn about the Moderna INT product and clinical trials portfolio
• Understand the end-to-end process from manufacturing and testing to distribution and patient impact
• Learn the "day-in-the-life" of a Distribution Planner or Supply Planner.
• Support the building of basic database and Excel tools to gather and analyze operational data
• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Supply Chain metrics framework (descriptive, diagnostic)
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify process and technology improvements
• Use your leading-edge knowledge in processes and technologies to build AI, automation and optimization solutions to enable the vision of an end-to-end intelligent platform that does not require any manual transaction effort
• Establish new processes for AI / automation / optimization model / engine maintenance by identifying how and when the models / engines are out of control and need retraining
